Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for orders shipped within the European Union and 30 days for orders shipped to Mexico, calculated from the receipt of the item.

For orders placed within the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification.

For orders shipped to Mexico, you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and function, with the tags and in its original packaging, for its return to be accepted.

The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed, in accordance with the provisions of article 108.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

Once the return is approved, the amount of the product and the initial shipping costs corresponding to the standard shipping method will be refunded.

Additional costs derived from urgent or special shipments will not be reimbursed.

Items returned without having previously requested the return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In these cases, we will cover all costs associated with the return, including shipping costs, regardless of the destination country.


3. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products or personalized items (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products or supplements (such as cosmetics and beauty items, vitamins)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

4. Product exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


5. 14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused beyond what is necessary for its verification, with the tags and in its original packaging.

The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.

In case of withdrawal within the European Union, the refund will include the amount of the product and the initial shipping costs corresponding to the standard shipping method, in accordance with current regulations.


6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from approval.

Please remember it can take some additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

* Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, tariffs, or customs fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

For shipments to Mexico, the recipient's RFC (tax ID) will be requested for customs management and proper delivery of the order.
