1. Shipping Destinations
HatWorld ships to the following regions:
We do not ship to countries outside these regions. This limitation helps ensure transparency in delivery times, correct application of rates, and compliance with current regulations regarding transportation and international e-commerce.
2. Delivery Times
The estimated total delivery time is up to 15 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination.
The delivery process consists of two phases:

Includes order validation, personalization (where applicable), packaging, and handover of the order to the shipping company.

For shipments to Mexico, the recipient's RFC will be required for customs management and proper delivery of the order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process, based on:
- The destination country
- The weight and/or volume of the order
In case of promotions, discounts, or free shipping periods, these will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
For shipments outside the European Union, any potential taxes, duties, or customs fees will be the customer's responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Incident Management
In case of delays, damages, loss of package, or any incident related to the shipment, the customer must contact our customer service team via email:

5. Legal Information and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union regulations, customers residing in the EU have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without needing to justify their decision.
