Refund policy

1. Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for orders shipped within the European Union, and a 30-day return policy for orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Mexico, starting from the date you receive your order.

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the United States, or Mexico, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality. It must also include all original tags and be returned in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and these costs are non-refundable.

Once the return has been approved, we will refund the purchase price of the product and the original standard shipping costs.

Any additional costs resulting from express or premium shipping services will not be refunded.

Returns sent without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

In these cases, we will cover all return-related costs, including return shipping, regardless of the destination country.


3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care products or supplements (such as cosmetics, beauty products, and vitamins)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, simply place a separate order for the new item.


5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without providing any justification.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with no use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, and with all original tags and packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the refund will include the purchase price of the product and the original standard shipping costs.


6. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

United States 30 calendar days Item must be returned in its original condition. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any applicable state or local taxes are non-refundable.
Mexico 30 calendar days Item must be returned in its original condition. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, or other local charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
